Open Wildlife Intake. Species, circumstance found, and the injury or condition observed.
Link a rehabilitator. Pick from your list of licensed rehabilitators, or add one if this is the first time you have worked with them.
Record the disposition when the case ends. Released, transferred to another rehabilitator or facility, or did not survive - with the date.
