Support

Something not working? Tell us.

We answer these by hand, so an answer comes from somebody who can actually fix it. There is no ticket deflection, no chatbot to get past, and no support tier — the shelter paying nothing gets the same queue as the one paying for backups.

Email us

hello@rescuely.net. No account, no form, no reference number to quote back at us. This is the fastest route and the one to use if something is broken right now.

What helps, if you have it to hand: which shelter you are, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead. A screenshot beats a description. If it involves one animal, the animal’s number is enough — please do not send us an adopter’s details, because we do not need them and we would rather not hold them.

Or open a ticket you can follow

Same queue, same people. The difference is that a ticket keeps the whole thread in one place and tells you when it changes, which is worth having if the thing you are reporting is going to take more than one reply to sort out.

What we cannot help with

We support the software. We are not veterinarians and we will not advise on treating an animal, and we are not lawyers and cannot tell you what your state requires of you. If a question needs one of those, the honest answer from us is that it needs one of those.

Security

If you have found something that looks like a security problem, send it to hello@rescuely.net with “security” in the subject and we will get to it ahead of everything else. Please tell us before you tell anyone else, and we will tell you what we found and when it is fixed.

Your shelter can be running this by the end of the day.

Create your account, verify your organization, and start entering animals. No sales call, no quote, no card. The part of Rescuely that runs a shelter is free and stays free.
