How to build your adoption application form
Ask what you actually ask - the form is yours to define.
- Open Settings → Forms. Start a new Adoption form.
- Add your questions in the order you ask them. Every field you add becomes a column of data you can review and search later - questions are not free text unless you make them so.
- Publish it. It becomes the form applicants fill out; a previous version stays attached to any application already submitted against it.
Your shelter can be running this by the end of the day.
